This enjoyable lower-level 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium in Sports Village has all the luxuries of home. There are no stairs inside or out of this lovely home.   This Pinetop condo has been a wonderful experience. The location, temperatures, thunderstorms, and neighbors are unsurpassed. The condo is spacious, all kitchen amenities are present. Master mattress is the best I ever slept on. Plenty of room for 3 quilting friends to come and visit. Looking forward to next year.

  This is our 3rd stay here. Very nice improvements to the condition of the property--New carpet, new patio furniture, new TV and new chair-height toilets! Internet service was much better, also. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
  Maintenance needs to provide light bulbs and batteries. We replaced 5 lite bulbs when we arrived. We also provided new coffee maker and drawer organizers. Front security door doesn't close properly; needs adjusting. Drapes need repair/replacement.

  Nice get getaway from the heat of Phoenix. The condo was roomy for the price. The condo was clean although had more bugs than my wife liked to see. A little insecticide the first day solved that issue. The kitchen appliances had been upgraded very nicely but the window coverings needed new hardware (drapes wouldn't work on most windows). A few of the electrical outlets in the kitchen didn't work and some of the lights were burned out. The master bed would have been great for 1 person but for 2, it shook so much every time someone moved we didn't get a restful sleep.
  The area activities were unavailable due to Covid19 shutdown.

  In late 2018, we arranged rental of this unit for Jul thru Sept 2019. My husband became ill in May of 2019 and had to have surgery in July, negating our July stay. We found a tenant to take the July occupancy and paid the related fees except the rent. The rental agency would not let us reinstate for July next year because of their policy that last tenant has first rights. Illness and the fact that we found the replacement tenant does not seem fair. We enjoyed our time there in Aug and Sept. Condo is laid out well and very liveable. Drapery hardware needs replacement; carpet needs cleaning; toilets should be replaced with chair height stools.

  This is a second response to your review request. Pinetop weather was great. Rental location was very good. Rental floor plan and size was great. Drapes except for living room didn't work...needs new hardware. Carpet needs cleaning or replacing. Toilets should be replaced to chair height.

  We enjoyed the many upgrades: new carpet, new patio chairs and table and especially the chair-height toilets. Thank you, owners.
  Coffee carafe cracked, so we replaced the unit with new adjustable coffee maker and we provided some kitchen drawer organizers
  Maintenance issues. When we arrived we replaced 5 burned out lightbulbs and some batteries. Security door won't close or stay closed--needs adjusting. Old broken lawn chairs need to go to the dump.
