  Very pretty location in the pines. Sofas somewhat old and uncomfortable. Lots of stairs! Very quiet at night. Conveniently located. Well stocked pantry. Did not have any neighbors during the whole month which was nice for a townhome.

  This unit has an ideal location for all activities and restaurants in Pinetop/Lakeside Show Low area. We were a family of 7 that included 2 young children. Since there is no air conditioning and the temps reach 95 it was very uncomfortable upstairs. The temps upstairs reached 90 degrees during the day and into the night. We bought extra fans to try to cool enough to sleep.
  
  The back deck was in need of serious repair. I believe the repairs were to start after we left. Management was cooperative when we requested Konnor. Repairs were done in a timely manner and very professional.
  
  We would recommend this rental, but not during extreme heat.
